I am an instrumental music teacher, teaching in schools and in my home.

The data I hold on you will be used only for invoicing and general information connected with music tuition, including Grade exam entries. This will typically include email addresses, phone numbers and children’s date of birth (for exam applications). In a school setting I will hold copies of recent reports which the school will also hold.

I will not share your data with a third party unless you have given your specific consent.

I will keep your data for the duration of our contracted agreement (informal or written) regarding music tuition.

The data you have given me is stored in contacts lists on my computer and occasionally my mobile telephone, linked in iCloud and protected by industry standard security technologies. I will undertake all reasonable effort to ensure the information I hold is safe and secure.

You have the right to contact me to ask for information regarding the data I hold on you and if you wish for your data to be amended or deleted.
